General Information

Your visit to SandCille should be a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our goal is to create a tranquil and serene visit for your body, spirit and mind. For the consideration of all those visiting, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum. Hopefully your time at SandCille will be devoted to relaxation and escaping from the grind of daily life.

Spa Hours

  • Monday: 9 am - 3 pm

  • Tuesday: 10 am - 7 pm

  • Wednesday: 9 am - 7 pm

  • Thursday: 9 am - 8 pm

  • Friday: 10 am - 6 pm

  • Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm

  • Sunday Closed

Spa hours are based upon appointments scheduled and seasonal business fluctuation. Therefore, they are subject to change daily. If you need to speak with us and the spa is closed, please call 814-456-7400 and let us know, so we can call you.

UNPLUG

We suggest switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices so you are disconnected from the world for a short time allowing you to relax completely.  At a minimum, please silence your ringer and avoid taking calls while here. While we understand that life happens and you may be forced to take a call, please keep your voice low and do not use the speaker which could bother other clients who are here to relax.  

Check-in

If this is your first visit, a bit of paperwork will be required, so arriving 15 minutes early is requested. Then you’ll be able to relax, unwind and fully enjoy your spa experience.

arriving late

Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full service time. However, you will be charged for your scheduled service as booked. 

PERSONAL ITEMS

As SandCille is not responsible for valuable possessions or personal belongings, you might want to consider leaving these items at home.

PAYMENT

Cash is gladly accepted.  Personal Checks are accepted after a guest's 5th service visit.  Credit cards are gladly accepted. Credit card purchases will accrue a $3 per transaction fee.  (There will be a $50 minimum fee for all returned checks.)

gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are graciously accepted. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience. Cash is accepted. Tips may also be sent to the technician through Tippy or Venmo. Tipping may not be added to credit card payments.

CHILDREN

While we love them, children under 12 years ARE NOT permitted into the spa for services. Nor will children be permitted to accompany a parent while he/she is receiving a service. (Please note that the Reception Desk will not be permitted to watch children while a parent receives services.) This policy is in place to protect the sanctity of our spa environment and to ensure all who come here can enjoy their experience in peace, especially moms who need to get away for an hour.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.  Further, if you bring your child to your service, you will be charged as a no-show or late cancellation and charged as such for your appointment.

NEW CLIENTS

New clients will be required to provide a credit card at the initial time of booking to secure their first appointment.  Your appointment cannot be booked without this information.  If you cancel in less than 24 hours or no-show for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment amount.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are no longer available at SandCille Spa. Your previously purchased or gifted certificate is always welcomed as payment.

MISCELLANEOUS

All services are a la cart.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Paid services may not be refunded.

If there is a concern about a treatment that was performed, please address it with the front desk upon check out or call us within 24 hours. We cannot correct any concerns after 24 hours of receiving the service at SandCille.

All services rendered must be paid for in full.
