Our Technicians are all fully licensed to practice by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, but before they begin practicing at SandCille, they are taken through an extensive SandCille training program.  After months of practice and training, the technicians at SandCille acquire the precision and technique that our clients have come to appreciate. 

Pricing Note: Our technicians are leveled (as is the case at most hair salons) based upon her/his experience and expertise in the service being provided.
